siamo pronti per la seconda prova degli Internazionali d’Italia a Mantova, ma torniamo un passo indietro alla prima di Alghero, dove sei sceso in gara per la prima volta con la Ducati, come è andata e come è il tuo feeling con la moto?

Ad Alghero è stata una domenica molto positiva. La gara è andata molto bene, oltre al buon risultato ho avuto delle buone sensazioni con la moto nella prima gara della stagione dopo un lungo stop!
Abbiamo lavorato molto bene con il TEAM e con DUCATI durante l’inverno e il primo test è stato positivo.

we are ready for the second round of the “Internazionali d’Italia” in Mantova, but let’s take a step back to the first round in Alghero, where you raced for the first time with Ducati. How did it go and how do you feel about the bike?
Hi everyone!
It was a very positive Sunday in Alghero. The race went very well, and in addition to the good result, I had a good feeling with the bike in the first race of the season after a long break!
We worked very well with the TEAM and DUCATI during the winter, and the first test was positive.
Siamo ancora nel periodo dei test pre mondiale e la Ducati ci sembra già in ottima forma, cosa ti aspetti da questa stagione?
La moto ha già una buona base per iniziare la stagione!
Mi aspetto di migliorare gara dopo gara e cercare di stare nella top 5 il più possibile!
We are still in the pre-season testing period and Ducati already seems to be in excellent shape. What are your expectations for this season?
The bike already has a good foundation to start the season!
I expect to improve race after race and try to stay in the top 5 as much as possible!
Da diversi anni sei nel circus internazionale, come vedi lo stato di salute del motocross in generale?
Il mondiale è sicuramente in crescita!
In tutte e due le categorie ci sono sempre più piloti che possono puntare ad un podio in ogni gran premio, ultimamente le gare stanno diventando più interessanti e battagliate e quindi riescono a coinvolgere il pubblico!
You’ve been in the international circus for several years now. How do you see the state of health of motocross in general?
The world championship is definitely growing!
In both categories, there are more and more riders who can aim for a podium finish in every Grand Prix. Lately, the races are becoming more interesting and competitive, and therefore more engaging for the public!
Uno squadrone composto da ben tre piloti nella stessa categoria della 450, poi ci siete tu e Simone con la nuova Desmo250 MX, come ti trovi con il tuo compagno di squadra?
Ducati sicuramente sta investendo tanto nel motocross e questo fa molto piacere.
Io non conoscevo Simone prima di essere suo compagno di team. É un ragazzo bravissimo, educato, simpatico e motivato! Abbiamo subito instaurato un ottimo rapporto ed è molto bello e divertente allenarsi insieme. Ha lavorato molto bene ed è in continuo miglioramento quindi sono sicuro che farà una grande stagione!
A team consisting of three riders in the same 450 category, then there’s you and Simone with the new Desmo250 MX. How do you get on with your teammate?
Ducati is definitely investing a lot in motocross, which is great to see.
I didn’t know Simone before becoming his teammate. He’s a great guy, polite, friendly, and motivated! We immediately established an excellent relationship, and it’s really nice and fun to train together. He’s worked very hard and is constantly improving, so I’m sure he’ll have a great season!
Cosa ti aspetti da questa stagione in MX2?
Questa stagione la vedo come un punto di partenza dove con il Team punteremo a costruire una buona base per essere costantemente nella top 5 così da essere in grado di giocarsi il titolo nel 2027!
What are your expectations for this MX2 season? I see this season as a starting point where the team and I will aim to build a solid foundation to consistently finish in the top 5 so that we can compete for the title in 2027!
Sarà possibile seguire gli internazionali anche in diretta LIVESTREMING con Marco Gualdani che sarà impegnato nella telecronaca in italiano e la voce della MXGP Paul Malin che commenterà in inglese, tutte le gare saranno trasmesse live su federmoto.tv e su FIM-MOTO.tv, chiaramente per i tesserati FMI sarà tutto gratis!
