Si concludono gli INTERNAZIONALI D’ITALIA MX EICMA SERIES 2026 e preannunciano una stagione di motocross combattuta e di altissimo livello.
Abbiamo assistito a bellissime gare e duelli mozzafiato che hanno entusiasmato il numeroso pubblico e tutti gli addetti ai lavori presenti sul circuito “Tazio Nuvolari”.
The 2026 EICMA INTERNAZIONALI D’ITALIA has come to an end, heralding a hard-fought motocross season of the highest level.
We witnessed some fantastic races and breathtaking duels that thrilled the large crowds and all the professionals present at the “Tazio Nuvolari” circuit.
Report Time – Dopo Alghero gli Internazionali d’Italia MX EICMA Series arrivano a Mantova, una classica pre-mondiale che da anni vede tutti i top impegnati nelle prime uscite di stagione, sia per verificare lo stato di forma dei piloti, sia dei mezzi che vedremo scendere in pista nel mondiale MX a breve.
Una pista in ottime condizioni e tirata a lucido dopo le piogge dei giorni precedenti ha accolto il circus del motocross internazionale.
Il primo risultato positivo che si è riscontrato ancora prima che il cancelletto scendesse sulla pista del MC Tazio Nuvolari è stato il numero degli iscritti e la qualità dei rider e dei team presenti.
Ma soprattutto quello che ha decretato il successo è stato il numeroso pubblico che ha gremito le tribune naturali intorno alla pista, migliaia di appassionati che hanno applaudito e sostenuto tutti i concorrenti. Situazione sottolineata anche dal grande campione Tony Cairoli, presente a bordo pista e che ha fatto notare la bellissima situazione presente sul circuito mantovano.
Una conferma per la location e per il motocross italiano: UN SUCCESSO!
Report Time – After Alghero, the “EICMA Internazionali d’Italia” arrive in Mantova, a classic pre-world championship event that for years has seen all the top riders competing in the first races of the season, both to test the form of the riders and the bikes that we will soon see on the track in the MX World Championship.
A track in excellent condition after the rains of the previous days welcomed the international motocross circus.
The first positive result, even before the gate dropped on the MC Tazio Nuvolari track, was the number of entries and the quality of the riders and teams present.
But above all, what sealed the success was the large crowd that packed the natural grandstands around the track, thousands of fans who cheered and supported all the competitors. This was also highlighted by the great champion Tony Cairoli, who was present at the track and pointed out the wonderful atmosphere at the Mantua circuit.
A confirmation for the location and for Italian motocross: A SUCCESS!
Per quanto riguarda le gare ci sono state tante conferme, ma anche molte novità rispetto ad Alghero:
Nella MX1 conferma dell’ottimo stato di forma di Tim Gajser (Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MXGP) che vince entrambe le frazioni e l’assoluta degli Internazionali d’Italia MX EICMA Series 2026.
Lo sloveno nella prima manche è partito molto forte e ha controllato fin da subito gli avversari alle sue spalle, mentre in gara 2 ha recuperato poche posizioni prima di conquistare nuovamente la leadership e andare a vincere in solitaria.
Alle spalle del neo acquisto della Yamaha, in gara 1 Tom Vialle (Honda HRC) e Mattia Guadagnini (KTM Van Venrooy), mentre in gara 2 Ruben Fernandez Garcia (Honda HRC) e Jeffrey Herlings (Honda HRC), quest’ultimo ci è parso in ottima forma, ma molto attento in queste prime uscite con la ufficiale giapponese, infatti in gara 1 ha commesso un piccolo errore e poi ha continuato senza mai forzare il ritmo in vista dei prossimi impegni internazionali.
Sfortunato Andrea Adamo (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) che ha dovuto abbandonare in entrambe le frazioni mentre era in lotta nelle prime posizioni.

Andrea Adamo (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) was unlucky, having to retire in both races while fighting for the top positions.
Nella MX2 doppietta di giornata e vittoria assoluta per Simon Langenfelder (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing), che è sempre partito molto forte è ha mantenuto un ritmo irraggiungibile per i suoi avversari, capitanati da Scott Smulders (Husqvarna) e Jekabs Kubulins (Yamaha) in gara 1 e Valerio Lata (Honda HRC) e Cas Valk (TM Moto CRD) in gara 2, quest’ultimo grazie a ottimi risultati è anche salito sul secondo posto del podio di giornata.
In MX2, a double win of the day and overall victory for Simon Langenfelder (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing), who always started very strong and maintained a pace unmatchable for his opponents, led by Scott Smulders (Husqvarna) and Jekabs Kubulins (Yamaha) in race 1 and Valerio Lata (Honda HRC) and Cas Valk (TM Moto CRD) in race 2, the latter thanks to excellent results also climbed to second place on the podium of the day.
Nella 125 Moritz Ernecker (KTM Factory Rookies Team) ha stravinto questa edizione degli Internazionali d’Italia MX EICMA Serie conquistando tutte le 4 manche, grazie ad un ritmo decisamente elevato e insostenibile per i suoi avversari e se “il bel tempo si vede dal mattino” di certo un dominio incontrastato che lo pone tra i migliori di questa stagione nell’ottavo di litro. Secondo sul podio dell’assoluta Sleny Goyer (Yamaha), grazie ad un terzo e un secondo rispettivamente nelle due frazioni, seguito sempre nell’assoluta di giornata da Emil Ziemer (KTM).
In the 125cc class, Moritz Ernecker (KTM Factory Rookies Team) swept this edition of the “EICMA Internazionali d’Italia”, winning all four heats thanks to a decidedly high pace that was unsustainable for his opponents. If “good weather can be seen from the morning,” then certainly an undisputed dominance that places him among the best this season in the 125cc class. Sleny Goyer (Yamaha) finished second on the overall podium, thanks to a third and a second place in the two heats respectively, followed by Emil Ziemer (KTM) in the overall standings.
Si concludono così questi INTERNAZIONALI D’ITALIA MX EICMA SERIES 2026, un’occasione per tutti gli appassionati di poter assistere a qualche cosa di unico, un preludio ad una bellissima stagione nazionale e mondiale che si prospetta ricca di adrenalina e colpi di scena, dove nulla si può dare per scontato, dove vedremo tante bellissime gare con squadre che crescono non solo nelle dimensioni, aziende che investono in questo sport e atleti incredibili che ci sanno regalare grandi emozioni.
