Si prospetta una gara di altissimo livello con tante novità sia tra i riders che i team
Star Time – La grande stagione del motocross è pronta a prendere il via, tra poche ore sulla pista di Alghero (Sardegna) si abbasserà il cancelletto per la prima prova degli EICMA Internazionali d’Italia.
Un appuntamento imperdibile per tutti gli appassionati, perché inizieremo a vedere i vari riders ritornare in sella dopo la lunga pausa invernale.
Al termine del 2025 tanti sono stati i cambiamenti di team da parte di altrettanti riders, quindi questa è un’occasione anche per vedere le nuove livree e i colori con cui correranno questo 2026.
Gli Internazionali d’Italia sono un evento che attira i migliori da tutto il mondo ed è un momento per testare le novità tecniche per tutti i team; infatti al via vedremo le nostre italiane capitanate da Ducati, con Fantic e Beta in MX1 sfidare le giapponesi con Honda, Yamaha e Kawasaki, ma senza dimenticare tra le favorite le moto tedesche KTM, Gas Gas e Husqvarna.
Tra i cambi di casacca più importanti che vedremo ad Alghero c’è sicuramente Tim Gajser che dopo tanti anni e tanti titoli mondiali conquistati con la Honda è passato alla Yamaha e ad Alghero sarà l’occasione per vederlo alla sua prima uscita ufficiale.
Ma dovremo tenere d’occhio anche Adamo che dalla MX2 passa alla MX1 sulla KTM ufficiale, Forato che è passato in Fantic, vedremo i due fratelli belgi Coenen su KTM sia in MX1 che in MX2, Mancini e Zanchi che debuttano in MX2 in sella alle Ducati ufficiali, Vlaanderen che da Yamaha passa a Ducati e concludiamo con Bonacorsi che da Fantic passa alla rossa Ducati.
Ma tanti altri daranno grande spettacolo e saranno al via sulla sabbiosa pista di terra sarda.
Un totale di oltre 120 concorrenti sulle tre categorie: MX1, MX2 e 125.
Dalle prime ore della domenica mattina scenderanno in pista per prendere confidenza con il tracciato, poi le prove cronometrate e le varie manche che determineranno i vincitori di questa prima prova.
Un panorama bellissimo e una pista molto tecnica accoglieranno i nostri atleti, tutti i team e i numerosi appassionati che avranno la fortuna di vedere questo evento di persona.
Ci vediamo domenica 1 febbraio con il via degli Internazionali d’Italia Motocross e per chi non sarà così fortunato da potersi godere lo spettacolo dal vivo in quel di Sardegna, potrà comunque collegarsi per la diretta dal sito della federmoto.tv
Sarà possibile seguire gli internazionali anche in diretta LIVESTREMING con Marco Gualdani che sarà impegnato nella telecronaca in italiano e la voce della MXGP Paul Malin che commenterà in inglese, tutte le gare saranno trasmesse live su federmoto.tv e su FIM-MOTO.tv, chiaramente per i tesserati FMI sarà tutto gratis!
Ci vediamo in pista, perchè NIENTE E’ COME ESSERCI, ma se non ci siete…. CI SIAMO NOI!!!

Start Time – The big motocross season is ready to kick off. In just a few hours, the gate will drop on the track in Alghero (Sardinia) for the first round of the “EICMA Internazionali d’Italia”.
This is an unmissable event for all fans, as we will begin to see the various riders return to the saddle after the long winter break.
At the end of 2025, there were many team changes by many riders, so this is also an opportunity to see the new liveries and colors they will be racing with in 2026.
The “Internazionali d’Italia” is an event that attracts the best from around the world and is a time for all teams to test new technical innovations. In fact, at the start, we will see our Italian teams led by Ducati, with Fantic and Beta in MX1 challenging the Japanese teams with Honda, Yamaha, and Kawasaki, but without forgetting the German favorites KTM, Gas Gas, and Husqvarna.
Among the most important changes we will see in Alghero is certainly Tim Gajser, who after many years and many world titles won with Honda has moved to Yamaha, and Alghero will be the opportunity to see him in his first official outing.
But we will also have to keep an eye on Adamo, who is moving from MX2 to MX1 on the official KTM, Forato who has moved to Fantic, the two Belgian Coenen brothers on KTM in MX1 and MX2, Mancini and Zanchi who are making their MX2 debut on the official Ducatis, Vlaanderen who is moving from Yamaha to Ducati, and finally Bonacorsi who is moving from Fantic to the red Ducati.
But many others will put on a great show and will be at the start on the sandy Sardinian dirt track.
A total of over 120 competitors in the three categories: MX1, MX2, and 125.
From the early hours of Sunday morning, they will take to the track to familiarize themselves with the course, followed by timed practice and the various heats that will determine the winners of this first round.
A beautiful landscape and a very technical track will welcome our athletes, all the teams, and the many fans who will be lucky enough to see this event in person. See you on Sunday, February 1, with the start of the Italian Motocross Internationals. The live streaming will feature two separate coverages, with Marco Gualdani providing Italian commentary and MXGP voice Paul Malin, providing English commentary on all the races broadcast live on federmoto.tv and FIM-MOTO.tv
