Start Time #3 – Breuil Cervinia – Sotto l’occhio attento di Mike Buongiorno il cui busto, con mano destra alzata e un paio di sci nella sinistra domina la rotonda d’ingresso a Breuil Cervinia, si è svolta oggi pomeriggio, 25 giugno, la cerimonia di presentazione degli atleti che domani mattina daranno vita all’ultimo weekend del Campionato Italiano E-Bike Enduro FMI. Per la sola giornata di sabato 26 luglio all’italiano e alla Coppa d’Italia si affianca anche la tappa, unica del 2025, della World Cup FIM, il Gran Premio Polini EP+3 d’Italia.
Presenti nella splendida località turistica della Valtournenche 53 piloti fra cui lo spagnolo Quim Fargas che insieme ad altri atleti darà vita alla sfida della Coppa del Mondo. Al via anche due enduristi di altissimo livello e cioè Thomas Oldrati e Manolo Morettini che sono venuti a rinforzare lo squadrone Polini che partecipa alla World Cup e che appare sulla carta come il favorito.
Con la collaborazione della Cervino Ski Paradise che ha fatto veramente le cose in grande per questo appuntamento internazionale, i due giorni di gare vengono a chiudere un bellissimo campionato, iniziato sul mare, in Liguria a Sestri Levante e proseguito attraverso Brescia, le Cascate delle Marmore in Umbria, Monsummano Terme in Toscana fino ad approdare sulle Alpi, a Breuil Cervinia.
A garantire la sicurezza sul percorso lungo 25 chilometri con 6 prove speciali – da ripetere due volte – oltre 50 marshall coinvolti nell’organizzazione garantita dalla Cervino Ski Paradise che ha curato anche il piano sanitario nei minimi particolari a dimostrazione della grande professionalità della stazione sciistica che negli ultimi anni ha sviluppato moltissimo anche la disciplina della E-Bike.

Under the watchful eye of Mike Buongiorno whose statue, with his right hand raised and a pair of skis in his left dominates the entrance roundabout to Breuil Cervinia, it has taken place this afternoon the presentation ceremony of the athletes who tomorrow morning will give life to the last weekend of the FMI Italian E-Bike Enduro Championship. For Saturday 26 July only, the Italian Championship and the Coppa d’Italia will be joined by the 2025 one-off stage of the FIM World Cup, the Polini EP+3 Italian Grand Prix.
53 riders, including the Spaniard Quim Fargas who together with other athletes will bring the World Cup challenge to life will be present in the splendid tourist resort of Valtournenche. On the starting line also two famous enduro riders of very high level, Thomas Oldrati and Manolo Morettini who came to reinforce the Polini team participating in the World Cup and appearing as one of the favorites.
With the precious collaboration of Cervino Ski Paradise which has really done a magnificent job for this international event, the two days of competitions come to close a beautiful championship, which began on seaside, in Liguria in Sestri Levante and continued through Brescia, the Marmore Falls in Umbria, Monsummano Terme in Tuscany until arriving in the Alps, in Breuil Cervinia. To guarantee safety on the 25 kilometer long track with 6 special stages – to be repeated twice – over 50 marshalls involved in the organization guaranteed by Cervino Ski Paradise which also took care of the health plan down to the smallest detail, demonstrating the great professionalism of the ski resort which in recent years it has also developed the discipline of E-Bike with great passion.
